Registration for the Pariscience Festival opens!

From 26 to 31 October 2018, the Muséum d’histoire naturelle de Paris and the Institut de physique du globe de Paris will host PARISCIENCE, the international scientific film festival.

PARISCIENCE projects every year, for free, a selection of the best scientific documentary production, French and international, in all durations and all formats.

General public, schoolchildren and professionals discover feature films written for the cinema, television documentaries, web series but also short films, through a selection covering a wide range of scientific disciplines.

Through its varied selection, PARISCIENCE is aimed at all audiences: novices, science lovers or simply curious. Its challenge is to make people understand the impact of scientific advances in order to better understand the contemporary challenges facing our society.

Scientific and professional speakers from the audiovisual sector come to meet the spectators to bring to the heart of the debate the environmental, technological and medical issues addressed in the films.

To question, debate, exchange and reflect together on a desirable future: these are the festival’s missions.
