2018 PhD Student Conference of STEP’UP doctoral school of Paris
The PhD students from the Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris (IPGP), the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) and the Paris Diderot University have the great honor to organize the 2018 PhD Student Conference of STEP’UP doctoral school of Paris. This conference occurs every year since 1993 and aims to gather PhD students in geosciences from all over Europe.
From the 26th to the 30th of March, presentations will be given on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and will be open to the public, each of them including a talk and a question session. Meanwhile, posters exhibited in the entrance hall will provide the opportunity to learn and exchange with other students. Wednesday will be devoted to jobs in geosciences and will be composed of workshops, talks and forum with people from the private and the public sector. The last day will be organized around the thematic of this 25th edition, introduced by special guests, “From Earth to Mars”. It will include presentations and debates on open questions about Mars.
